Law Firm Seeks Business Development Coordinator for IP Litigation Department

The law firm, known as MoFo, is seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to join our dynamic Marketing team as a Business Development Coordinator. This position is open to candidates in multiple locations, including Los Angeles, Austin, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, .

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will work closely with our marketing team to coordinate and execute business development plans and materials. You will also have the opportunity to assist in preparing pitches and RFPs, creating presentations, and participating in client development seminars.

H2: Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business development managers to execute on plans and provide recommendations for improvements
- Edit and maintain marketing materials for practice groups, including drafting new collateral
- Assist in preparing pitches and RFPs, coordinating with team members to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Create dynamic PowerPoint presentations for partner pitches and internal communications
- Conduct research on prospective targets, industries, and markets
- Participate in client development seminars and provide summaries and recommendations for business development plans

H2: Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience in professional services marketing, law firm experience preferred
- High level of motivation, responsibility, accountability, and responsiveness
- Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare specialized written materials
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
- Flexibility to work outside of traditional business hours as needed

Salary ranges vary based on location and may include additional compensation such as bonuses, overtime, and benefits. The salary range for New York and San Francisco is $63k to $88k, while the range for Los Angeles and Washington, . is $60k to $84k.
