A Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law, or equivalent is also required. Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations is necessary for this role. Summary The Employee Relations Partner is a crucial role in providing consistent and tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees. They will be responsible for resolving employee issues, conducting HR investigations, and managing employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and/or termination. This position will also analyze data to monitor employee relations trends and provide guidance to minimize the company's legal liability. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. This is a remote position, but candidates must live in the South Central region. Essential Functions - Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems - Conduct fair and timely investigations in accordance with company policies and regulations - Provide guidance and interpretation of policies to minimize legal liability - Work remotely and live in the South Central region for this role - Partner with various teams to create solutions to complex employee relations cases - Utilize strong communication and conflict resolution skills in this role Additional Responsibilities - Performs other duties as assigned - Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within region - Travel as needed to company sites within supported region Skills and Abilities - Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and company policies - Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills - Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial during investigations - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization - Ability to handle confidential information appropriately - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment - Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills - Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices - Proficiency in MS Office suite intermediate required - Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations intermediate required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required in human resources, organizational management, law, or equivalent - Five (5) years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations required - Proficiency in MS Office suite intermediate required - Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations intermediate required Salary Information The salary for the Employee Relations Partner position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000.
