Job Overview:

• Perform legal research drafting of legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and arbitrations.
• Handle discovery-related activities and investigations.
• Draft position statements and dispositive motions.
• Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.

• Ability to relate to and inspire confidence with sophisticated business clients.

Education:

• Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in New York.
