• Work collaboratively with other attorneys to develop case strategies
• Advise clients on employment law rights and responsibilities

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in employment litigation or relevant legal work
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana (required)
