Job Overview: The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for representing client interests at virtual hearings and telephonic depositions, counseling clients on emerging issues in litigated matters, preparing exposure analysis, conducting settlement negotiations, and consistently applying firm standards and tactics to achieve client goals.

Duties:

• Represent client interests at virtual hearings and telephonic depositions
• Counsel clients on emerging issues in litigated matters
• Prepare exposure analysis and conduct settlement negotiations
• Consistently apply firm standards and tactics to achieve client goals

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm setting
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation tactics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar
