Litigation Consumer Finance Staff Attorney - Boston, MA: - Day Pitney's Complex Commercial Litigation group is seeking a Staff Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of consumer finance litigation experience to join their team in Boston, MA. - The position is a non-partnership track position. - Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience with commercial foreclosure matters, complex commercial litigation, and familiarity with state and federal consumer protection laws in Massachusetts. - Candidates should also have strong writing and drafting skills and be excited about taking on more responsibility. - Day Pitney represents creditors in disputes under state and federal consumer protection laws, as well as defending them against common-law claims. - The position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and sophisticated work environment with industry experts. - Day Pitney offers a hybrid work schedule, with three in-office days and two remote days per week for attorneys to have greater flexibility. - Requirements for the position include a minimum of 3 years of solid commercial litigation experience, strong writing and communication skills, and admission to the Massachusetts bar in good standing (dual admission in Connecticut is a plus). Qualification and Experience Minimum of 3 years of solid commercial litigation experience, preferably with consumer finance and creditors' rights experience. Dual admission in Connecticut is a plus.
