H1: Ice Miller is Hiring a Public Finance Associate in Chicago, Columbus, and Indianapolis H2: Join One of the Most Experienced Public Finance Groups in the Midwest Ice Miller, a leading law firm, is seeking a mid-senior associate to join their Public Finance Group. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of transactional experience and a strong interest in public finance. This position is available in Ice Miller's Indianapolis, Columbus, or Chicago office, with the possibility of considering other markets on a case-by-case basis. Responsibilities: - Support partners in all aspects of public finance, including bond, underwriter's, and disclosure counsel roles - Receive training opportunities and progressively take on more responsibility - Collaborate with talented attorneys across practice groups and offices - Have the option to work remotely two days per week Qualifications: - At least three years of mid-senior level associate transactional experience; public finance experience preferred - Highly organized and able to handle a high volume of deals - Detail-oriented and able to excel in a team environment - Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong interest in building relationships both internally and externally - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Law school credentials and references Benefits: - Competitive salary - One-on-one career coaching and professional development opportunities - Workplace flexibility and remote work options To apply, please submit a resume, cover letter, and law school transcript.
