Trust and Estates Paralegal The candidate will be assisting attorneys and other firm staff members with all aspects of estate planning and administration practice. Should have two years of college and a certificate in Paralegal Studies. Must have 3+ years of experience as a trusts and estates paralegal (preferably in a law firm setting). Must be familiar with probate and administration proceedings and procedures in New Jersey; have an in-depth understanding of federal estate and gift taxes and the New Jersey inheritance tax, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting and tax preparation software. Excellent organizational, analytical, research, and writing skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, are required.
