Duties:

• Handle a high volume of premises liability cases.
• Represent clients in litigation and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with the intake team to onboard new clients efficiently.
• Advocate for clients to ensure they receive quality medical care and strong case settlements.
• Manage case files and ensure timely filings, particularly in Georgia premises cases.
• Engage in negotiations with insurance companies to secure favorable settlements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring they are informed throughout the process.

Requirements:

• Active GA State Bar License.
• Experience in handling premise liability cases is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on complex cases.
• Proven track record in client-focused legal representation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Georgia Bar.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.
