You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative tax solutions while also helping clients navigate the complex and ever-changing tax landscape. This is a full-time position with up to 20% travel required. Job Title: Senior Manager - Asset & Wealth Management - Renewable Energy Tax Salary: Commensurate with experience Experience: Minimum of 4 years Job ID: 548386WD H1: Join PwC's Asset & Wealth Management - Renewable Energy Tax Team H2: Senior Manager Role with Up to 20% Travel - Develop and implement innovative tax solutions for some of the world's largest renewable energy companies - Advise clients on local and overseas tax affairs and act as a strategic consultant for business analysis, working capital management, and profit sharing - Provide expertise on pricing implications for goods and services between related parties and advise on tax implications of deals - Help clients navigate the complex and ever-changing tax environment related to capital requirements, operational tax risks, and investing in different jurisdictions - Work as part of a team to solve complex business issues and encourage open communication and coaching at all levels - Utilize technical knowledge in the renewable energy industry and contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together - Uphold PwC's code of ethics and business conduct Additional Responsibilities: - Work with clients to address issues introduced by the Inflation Reduction Act - Utilize CRM system and experience with complicated partnership structures - Leverage knowledge of tax credits and fixed asset depreciation in the renewable energy industry - Desire to learn more about the renewable energy industry Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required - Minimum of 4 years of experience - CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials preferred Preferred Knowledge/Skills: - Extensive experience as a tax technical business advisor, with a focus on developing new relationships and selling new services - Familiarity with a CRM system preferred - Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment - Experience with large, complex data sets and data visualization tools - Understanding of alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies At PwC, we are transforming the way we deliver tax services through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies.
