Job Description:

- Seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of commercial real estate experience to join the Real Estate & Commercial Development Practice Group at Parker Poe Law Firm
- The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition
- Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex purchase and sale agreements, easement agreements, and declarations of restrictive covenants, as well as negotiating loan documents for construction and permanent financing
- Candidates must be licensed in North Carolina and have strong academic credentials
- Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice is preferred
- Strong communication skills are a must
