Duties

• Oversee real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate investments.
• Conduct research to support the firm's investment funds operations and ensure compliance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality work within set deadlines.
• Foster positive relationships with team members and clients.
• Participate in meetings and virtual tasks as required.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, focused on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Familiarity with securities offerings is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence and build professional relationships.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
