The Department of Banking and Finance of Law Firm is seeking a talented and experienced Fund/Leveraged Finance Associate (Mid-Level) to join their team. The successful candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience supporting the fund finance and/or leveraged finance practice. They must have a strong understanding of secured and unsecured lending transactions, such as fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings.
