Duties

• Monitor case management software for new cases and vet prospective clients.
• Review intake sheets and initial documents from potential clients.
• Identify and evaluate potential criminal cases for suitability.
• Suggest legal strategies and services tailored to prospective clients' needs.
• Communicate with existing clients regarding potential additional services.
• Answer legal questions and explain processes to potential and current clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback on client consultations.
• Supervise intake paralegals and virtual assistants.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in Criminal Defense Law.
• Strong team player with the ability to strategize and work collaboratively.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, though not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of advancing legal cases and managing a caseload.
• Familiarity with criminal defense, intake, or post-conviction relief.
• Experience with case management software preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Proficiency with case management software (preferred)
