Job Overview
A respected law firm located in Las Vegas, NV, seeks an experienced eviction attorney to manage eviction-related matters on behalf of a range of clients. Duties
- Manage and oversee eviction caseload for clients.
- Provide sound legal advice and representation to clients in eviction matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients at court hearings, utilizing courtroom advocacy skills.
- Stay updated on changes and trends in eviction law across jurisdictions.
- Educate and inform clients on recent developments in eviction law and best practices.
Requirements
- Licensed attorney in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1 year of law practice experience, with a preference for eviction, foreclosure, litigation, or title experience.
- Additional state Bar licenses are advantageous but not required.
Education
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
