Duties:

• Manage all aspects of personal injury cases, including filing, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
• Conduct legal research to build strong cases and develop strategies for favorable outcomes.
• Represent clients in court, including pre-trial hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the process.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to streamline case workflows and optimize outcomes.

Requirements:

• Active law license in good standing with the South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia Bar Associations.
• 2-3 years of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to client success.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Membership in the SC, NC, or GA Bar Association.

Skills:
