#LI-Remote Law Firm Seeks Experienced Real Estate Paralegal for Milwaukee Office Quarles & Brady, a leading law firm, is currently seeking an experienced commercial real estate paralegal to join their Milwaukee Real Estate Practice Group. In this role, the paralegal will be responsible for coordinating and guiding commercial real estate transactions of all sizes, from signing up to closing. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of complex real estate experience, dealing with high-value transactions for institutional clients. If you have a strong background in commercial development, acquisition, and disposition, as well as commercial leasing and lending, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and guide commercial real estate transactions from start to finish - Review and analyze title commitments, exception documents, and surveys - Draft title objection letters - Prepare and assemble closing documents and instruction letters - Communicate with clients and opposing counsel - General real estate responsibilities Qualifications: - 1-3 years of complex real estate experience with high-value transactions - Experience in commercial development, acquisition, and disposition - Commercial leasing and lending experience preferred - Bachelor's Degree preferred - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong collaboration and teambuilding skills Join a Dynamic and Collaborative Team at Quarles & Brady At Quarles & Brady, we pride ourselves on our strong and collaborative team culture.
