Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
  • Extensive knowledge of insurance coverage issues, including professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.
  • Proven ability to handle complex insurance coverage disputes and litigation.
  • Excellent academic credentials, including a JD from an accredited law school.
  • Demonstrated superior research and writing skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
