The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience, demonstrating strong writing and analytical skills, and a desire to appear in court. Key Duties:

• Handle a variety of litigation cases from start to finish, including managing discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and arguments.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to devise and implement case strategies.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and strategic planning sessions.
• Keep up-to-date with relevant legal developments and industry trends.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of litigation experience with a demonstrated ability to manage complex cases.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Experience in healthcare and/or energy litigation is preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in Kentucky.
• Strong interest and capability in appearing in court and handling various litigation matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Kentucky State Bar Association.
