Duties

• Handle insurance coverage litigation matters, representing clients in a variety of disputes
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare and argue motions
• Advise clients on insurance coverage issues and provide guidance through the litigation process
• Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with other attorneys and contribute to a supportive team environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation or related field
• Strong analytical and legal research skills, with the ability to draft detailed legal documents
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia and in good standing

Skills

• Proficiency in insurance law, litigation procedures, and trial preparation
• Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
