Finance and Restructuring Litigation Associate The candidate will get the opportunity to practice in the firm's Native American practice, representing tribes, tribal entities, and tribal members in complex issues surrounding tribal sovereignty, gaming, and self-determination. Will also have the opportunity to litigate complex commercial and construction disputes. Must have 3-5 years of experience or significant interest in Federal Indian Law as well as litigation and administrative law. Trial, deposition, hearing, and oral argument experience is a plus. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills are required. Application Deadline: March 7, 2026.
