Job Overview: An established law firm based in Braintree, MA, is seeking a dedicated Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its legal team. This role involves collaborating with experienced professionals to handle insurance coverage disputes and claims, with a focus on Massachusetts General Laws (.) c. 93A/176D. Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis for complex insurance coverage cases.
• Actively litigate insurance coverage disputes and claims, including those under . c. 93A/176D.
• Draft detailed legal documents, memoranda, and motions.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and shareholders to develop case strategies.
• Represent clients effectively in negotiations and court hearings.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in insurance coverage analysis and litigation.
• Strong academic background.
• Proven writing, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Previous clerkship experience (preferred).
• Must hold a Massachusetts law license.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active and valid Massachusetts Bar License.
