The candidate will work on a wide variety of matters relating to new technology with an emphasis on blockchain and non-fungible tokens. Typical matters involve finance, digital asset characterization and regulation, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, lending transactions, and intellectual property licensing and development. Knowledge of securities law and finance, intellectual property transactions, commercial law, and currency regulations are particularly relevant and essential. Mergers and acquisitions experience is also applicable. Must be a detail-oriented self-starter with a thirst for knowledge and well-developed emotional intelligence.
