Senior Intellectual Property Trademark Associate Attorney The candidate must have 3-5 years of trademark experience. Should ideally have in-depth experience with all aspects of domestic and global trademark prosecution, strategy, enforcement and management, including trademark counseling, clearance search and analysis, prosecution and maintenance, portfolio management, trademark disputes, internet and e-commerce, online investigations and enforcement matters. Should ideally also have experience structuring, drafting and negotiating agreements and contractual provisions related to IP and trademark matters. Experience managing IP due diligence, litigation discovery and trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) is a plus. Excellent technical, professional and client service skills are needed. MA Bar admission in good standing is a must. Application Deadline: October 31, 2024.
