Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree.
  • Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in California.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in traditional labor law.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Strong public speaking skills.
  • Outstanding academic credentials preferred (Top 25% of class).

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid license to practice law in the state of California.

Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in traditional labor law.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Strong public speaking skills.
  • Ability to effectively counsel clients on traditional labor issues.
  • Experience representing clients in NLRB trials.
  • Knowledge of grievance arbitration procedures.
