Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on private equity fund formation, including structuring, negotiating, and drafting fund documentation.
• Handle fund operational matters such as compliance, governance, and reporting requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and review of investment management agreements and other related documents.
• Conduct due diligence and provide legal opinions related to fund investments and transactions.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in client meetings and represent the firm in negotiations with stakeholders.
• Stay current with developments in investment funds law and industry trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
