Duties:

• Represent clients in civil defense litigation matters in Illinois courts.
• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in and manage all aspects of the litigation process, from discovery to trial.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and objectives.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Illinois State Bar.
• 2-5 years of relevant civil defense litigation experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in insurance defense cases.
• Proven experience in motion practice, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Illinois State Bar.
