The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling general commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts. This role involves independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and managing the discovery process, including e-discovery. Location:

Duties:

  • Handle general commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts
  • Independently conduct legal research and draft substantive pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Organize, conduct, and manage discovery, including e-discovery
  • Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex commercial disputes
  • Maintain and build client relationships by providing exceptional legal advice and client service
  • Participate in court appearances, negotiations, and client meetings

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation matters
  • Strong research, drafting, and litigation management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Commitment to providing high-quality client service

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to or eligibility to sit for the Pennsylvania Bar

Skills:
