Duties:

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of litigation experience in a Delaware law firm or similar setting.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills demonstrated through previous work.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be a member of the Delaware Bar and in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Delaware State Bar.
