Duties:

• Litigate complex insurance claims focusing on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Analyze and draft comprehensive insurance policy language.
• Provide detailed insurance coverage opinions to clients.
• Draft pleadings, take depositions, and handle motion practice in both State and Federal courts.
• Collaborate with a highly skilled legal team to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously with a high level of organization and efficiency.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience litigating complex insurance claims.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing and drafting insurance policy language.
• Proven ability to provide insurance coverage opinions.
• Significant litigation experience in State or Federal courts.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and motion practice.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity.
• A strong work ethic and personal responsibility.
• A commitment to the firm's clients and their needs.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Current admission to the California Bar.

Certifications:

• Current admission to the California Bar.
