Job Overview:

The firm’s IP Litigation team seeks motivated and skilled Patent Litigation Attorneys to handle sophisticated litigation matters. Duties:

  • Manage and support patent litigation cases from inception through trial.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and tactics.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
  • Prepare and participate in discovery, depositions, and hearings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure the success of complex cases.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and support staff.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in patent litigation, specifically related to IP law.
  • Proven experience handling high-stakes litigation matters at a top-tier law firm or similar setting.
  • Strong understanding of patent law and litigation procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, precise legal writing.

Education:
