• Collaborate with team members on litigation strategy and case management.

• Handle a variety of cases, including commercial disputes, insurance defense, probate litigation, and real property disputes.

Requirements:

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Montana or eligible for admission.

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Montana State Bar.
