Duties

  • Conduct legal research and drafting of documents with attention to detail.
  • Prepare for and adjudicate cases in family law, including hearings and trials.

  • Build rapport with clients and maintain case control.
  • Actively participate in a supportive and achievement-oriented team environment.

Requirements

  • Oregon State Bar license (required).
  • 0-4 years of experience in family law (experience with complex family law, custody, and asset litigation preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable courtroom experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and flexible thinking in advocacy.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar license in Oregon.
