Duties
- Handle real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
- Conduct legal research and apply findings to support investment funds operations.
- Prepare, review, and manage legal documents related to real estate deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of real estate experience, particularly in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
- Demonstrated experience with securities offerings is a plus.

Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
