Strong drafting and verbal communication skills, excellent academic credentials, practical problem-solving ability, and the capability to interact effectively with clients are required. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in employment litigation.

Duties:

• Conducting legal research.
• Drafting legal memoranda, court documents, briefs, and client advice letters.
• Advising public and private-sector employers on labor, employment, and human resources-related matters.
• Assisting with collective bargaining and grievance arbitrations.
• Representing employers in employment litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

Requirements:

Experience:

2+ years of experience in employment litigation.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
