The candidate will work primarily on cases within the area of employment law, including individuals and class actions. Must have wage & hour experience. The ideal candidate will have experience handling FLSA and PAGA claims as well. Should have experience drafting complaints, legal memorandum, discovery, and motions. Experience preparing for and taking depositions is preferred. Experience building damage models is needed. Must have strong brief writing skills. California license is required.
