This role involves representing clients in legal proceedings, preparing legal documents, and providing guidance on immigration matters. Duties

• Manage and mentor administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks
• Develop case strategies to meet clients' needs through careful analysis
• Provide legal counsel to clients by assessing their circumstances and recommending appropriate actions
• Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and prepare necessary documentation for cases

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Family Immigration Law (Georgia Bar admission preferred)
• Familiarity with KPI and metric-based attorney evaluations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent rapport-building skills with clients

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in the State Bar of Georgia preferred
