A law firm in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Personal Injury Lawyer to mentor and train junior attorneys in all aspects of personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will provide guidance on litigation issues, work collaboratively with team members, and leverage cutting-edge technology to maximize case value. Extensive personal injury experience and strong leadership skills are essential for this role.

Duties:

• Mentor and train junior attorneys in personal injury litigation, from case evaluation to trial preparation.
• Provide guidance on litigation issues including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial strategy.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and prepare cases for trial.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology and sophisticated software to manage the team effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a client-focused approach, leveraging technology to remain dynamic, flexible, and organized.

Requirements:

• Extensive personal injury experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
• Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to mentor junior attorneys.
• Proficiency in legal technology and a willingness to adapt to new software and systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts effectively.

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience practicing personal injury law.
• Proven track record of success in trial advocacy.
