Qualification and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related field, 3+ years of tax experience, 1-2 years of federal tax experience, corporate and partnership tax experience, active accreditation (CPA, attorney, Enrolled Agent, PMP, CFA), advanced degree preferred (Masters of Tax, JD, LLM, Macc, MBA)
