Job Duties:
- Provide legal advice and support on real estate transactions related to renewable energy development projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, easements, and development agreements.

- Advise on zoning regulations, land use issues, and permitting requirements impacting real estate projects.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
