This full-time role involves drafting essential estate documents, such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, to support clients and their families in ensuring their wishes are respected and upheld. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of estate planning and probate law and demonstrate strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.

Location:

• Miami, FL

Duties:

• Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Organize and maintain client files to ensure records are up-to-date and accurate
• Represent clients in court hearings as required, advocating effectively for their needs
• Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to advance cases through the civil litigation process
• Analyze client situations to develop appropriate strategies for estate management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in estate planning and probate law within a legal firm
• Strong knowledge of title insurance, property management, and both residential and commercial real estate law
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
• Effective communication abilities, especially in high-stress or emotionally charged situations

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Bachelor’s degree with a legal background

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the American Bar Association (ABA)

Skills:
