A law firm seeks an experienced Healthcare Regulatory Associate to join its Boston office. This role involves advising clients on regulatory compliance and market access strategies within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Duties

  • Provide regulatory counsel related to Medicare, Medicaid, and government price reporting programs.
  • Advise clients in the life sciences industry, including pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, on compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Assist with structuring and negotiating transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and implement contractual agreements and compliance frameworks for healthcare clients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver legal, policy, and strategic advice.
  • Work with a wide range of clients, such as health systems, digital health companies, pharmacy chains, and trade associations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in healthcare regulatory matters or market access strategies.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Proficiency in Medicare and Medicaid regulations, as well as government pricing programs.
  • Life Sciences Knowledge: Experience in the life sciences industry or prior government experience is preferred.
  • Interest: Enthusiasm for healthcare trends and regulatory developments.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice.
