A law firm in Tampa is seeking a Mid-Level Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 3+ years of meaningful experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills, and the ability to take on significant responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. A federal judicial clerkship is strongly preferred.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on labor and employment matters to clients.
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks.
• Conduct legal research on labor and employment law issues.
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings and litigation.
• Assist in mediation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal and state labor laws.
• Stay updated on changes in labor and employment regulations.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues on complex legal matters.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of meaningful experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Admission to the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice.
• Federal judicial clerkship strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice.
