Key Responsibilities: As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will handle a diverse caseload, including professional negligence defense, insurance disputes, personal injury, and more. Your responsibilities will include legal research and writing, conducting depositions, managing cases, and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or general civil litigation, and will also have experience as a first or second chair in civil jury trials. However, candidates with less experience will still be considered based on their qualifications.
