Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and prepare filings for the . Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
  • Assist in the development of client patent strategies, especially for technologies involving software, networking, and wireless systems (3G/4G/5G).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve complex intellectual property issues.
  • Ensure compliance with patent laws and regulations and keep up with relevant industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in patent prosecution and intellectual property law.
  • Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with technologies such as networking, software, and wireless networks (3G/4G/5G) preferred.
  • Admission to practice before the . Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) required.

Education:
