Job Overview:

A law firm in Washington, DC, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and will work closely with leading practitioners, receiving training and engaging in meaningful client interactions, particularly on cutting-edge legal matters.

Job Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various legal proceedings, transactions, and advisory matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
• Attend court proceedings, hearings, and meetings to advocate for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement legal strategies.
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients and the firm.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing membership with the State Bar Association in Washington, DC.
• Minimum of 5 years of law experience, focusing on relevant practice areas.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Washington, DC.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Skills:
