The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills, including legal research, writing, and advocacy, with admission to the New Jersey Bar and excellent academic credentials.

Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation matters involving product liability, general liability, employment practices liability, and professional liability.
• Handle all aspects of the litigation process, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Draft and review legal documents such as motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings, including pre-trial hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies that align with the client’s goals and best interests.
• Work closely with clients to provide regular case updates and legal advice.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex litigation matters efficiently.

Education:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials, demonstrating a commitment to legal excellence.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
