Responsibilities: - Proactive management of cases from start to finish in state and federal courts - Drafting pleadings, written discovery, and dispositive motions - Conducting comprehensive legal analysis and providing strategy recommendations - Deposition taking of key fact witnesses, including Plaintiffs - Communicating with clients and providing case updates - Working closely with paralegals to ensure efficient case management Requirements: - . degree from an accredited law school - Admitted to the State of New Jersey Bar, admission to New York Bar is a plus - 3-5 years of litigation experience - Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage - Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills - Organizational and problem-solving abilities - Desire to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to client development At Maron Marvel, we value our employees and offer competitive salaries and benefits packages.
