Duties:

• Handle personal injury cases from intake to settlement negotiations.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to secure favorable settlements for clients.
• Supervise and collaborate with support staff, including case managers, administrators, and medical lien negotiators.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding case status and next steps.
• Prepare legal documentation and oversee case management.
• Ensure all work adheres to legal and ethical standards while maintaining strong advocacy for clients.

Requirements:

• Must have passed the California Bar Exam.
• A minimum of 3+ years of personal injury experience.
• Proven experience negotiating with insurance companies.
• Desire to advocate for clients against large entities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work efficiently under deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license.

Certifications:

• California Bar certification.
