Location:
Duties:
- Manage a variety of litigation matters involving fiduciary obligations, pension plan issues, and employee benefits.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, motions, and briefs in state and federal court.
- Engage in eDiscovery processes and document review.
- Assist in deposition preparation and trial support.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and staff to ensure efficient case management and timely resolution.
- Maintain organization and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of litigation experience.
- Strong background in drafting legal documents, including discovery, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Preferred experience with eDiscovery and depositions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Admission to the State Bar of California.
